Rude and unhelpful receptionist. Ignored me and let me queue up at the wrong queue. Reluctantly got up to book me in. Earlier in the day she had lied to me on the phone about appointment availability as she tried to cancel my (previously cancelled) doctors appointment.
I am very surprised at the bad reviews. Complaining about free parking? I had an appointment there yesterday (not been in a long time) at 11:10, I turned up early and booked in using the touchscreen. I was called in at 11:04 and was seen by one of the great doctors and was out before I was due to go in.I have never had anything but great experiences here. Is it just that only people that have bad experiences bother to post? Im really not sure these reviews are representative.
Went for a blood test and Im traumatised. Im already a nervous patient and told that many times during the appointment. Janet the most experienced nurse couldnt find my vein. Poked me numerous times. Despite having a numbing cream for 2 hours- she was so rough that I felt every poke! She rushed me and the procedure like there was no tomorrow and was very rude. I was fainting and she told me to leave the room WHILE I WAS FAINTING because apparently she has another patient to see. Felt like a prison not a clinic. My husband had to drag me out of the clinic cause I was so faint. I suffer from Vasovagal syncope so I get those symptoms due to brains deprivation of oxygen from extreme stress. And why I was practically out of body I was told to leave the room. Also when I was clearly suffering in the room, Janet the most experienced nurse of the clinic despite me telling her to stop talking about my veins and blood, wouldnt stop talking. Almost like a sadistic pleasure! Avoid the clinic at all costs if you have a bit of respect and sympathy for yourself.
Thanks for the parking fine. Can't beat being charged for being ill. Disgusting
They have issued 3 penalty tickets cost 300 which I didn't even know it wasn't belong to working community hospital :( heartless people in hospital
