Slow, inefficient and lost my registration form!
My local Doctors Surgery. Part of a trio of Surgeries based in Knaphill , Woking and this one in Horsell. This branch is always busy with generally two doctors and a practise nurse on duty. The reception staff are very busy.. but i have found them to be extremely helpful. I find being polite and acknowledging they are busy.. gets you a much more positive response. I have found all the Doctors to be very profession .. caring and knowledgeable. Im very happy with my Doctors Surgery
Always polite receptionists and helpful. Just like lots of surgeries not always easy to get an appointment but most days you can see the duty doctor,if not here at one of the other surgeries.
Charge extortionate price for paid for vacines where it is a lot cheaper elsewhere and also receptionists have refused to let us see the nurse when requested. I advise you look elsewhere if registering for a doctor.
Lucky if you can get an appointment when you want it. Went to collect my prescription and it was incorrect. Lazy receptionist told me to come back, even when I told her that I had taken the time off work. It was the doctor's error I pointed out. She went and got it corrected. It was still incorrect. I told her now that it was HER error. Same advice again, why don't I come back tomorrow. I wasn't leaving and pointed out that I would write a letter of complaint against the doctor and naming her. She got it corrected, funny that. Stand up for yourself please. If I was a little old lady I would have really felt threatened by this bossy *itch.
