If I could leave a NO star review I would. The Practice manager is a liar. Dr Sinclair is completely incompitant and unprofessional. NHS England have been made aware of this surgerys unprofessional practices and will be dealt with in due course. I would STRONGLY suggest avoiding this Practice.
Called at 08:30 am after waiting 5 mins asked for appointment and they fully booked receptionist very rude with bad attitude avoid this place at all costs
Well where do I start with this surgery.There are times when they are really good but even at those moments some staff members are so clueless. Good luck trying to get appointments books. IF THEY CANNOT COPE WITH THE NUMBER OF PATIENTS THEN THEY NEED TO STOP ADDING MORE PEOPLE TO THEIR DATABASE!!!!!
I'm sorry about the way this surgery has gone down hill. Although the staff are getting better, I still have problem with the doctors. I rarely get to see the same one. This means I have to repeat my health issue every time I go. I unfortunately would not recommend this surgery.
Such rude staff especially the practice manager got attitude problem and always reject pharmacy request for repeat prescription
