Sometimes there is a wait to get through on the phone and appointments do run late (probably the case with most surgeries), but the doctors here are great (and very caring) and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Very pleased that this is our family's surgery.
Why do you ever answer the phone??? Its infuriating, rude and completely ignorant
Every appointment I've booked with them recently they've cancelled an hour before. You can't even get an appointment with a doctor, you have to see a health care assistant which is great for some people but I am a health care assistant and I know I need to see an actual doctor
I think this surgery is brilliant ! Everyone has always been so kind and caring to me and are great at explaining things well when I have any queries or worries in a way that I understand....Im 15 years old & feel that I can always approach the doctors when I need to - they seem especially good talking to young people like me & I definitely recommend Sunny Meed to my friends.
This is an absolutely fantastic surgery. My family are actually GP's themselves and they care here is completely flawless! they are amazing and an absolute credit to the profession. They have always been amazing with my children and my elderly mother. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a GP myself they are the surgery that I would recommend in the area.
