Im sorry but in my experience I have found this practice rather terrible. They never have a nurse available. I have seen about 3 different doctors, they have even got my medical records incorrect and had someone elses records up during my appointment. They have not followed up on any female requirements for someone my age. I find this practice to be unpersonal and not very caring at all
I have been a patient with Dr pool for many years . I find him easy to talk to and very professional in his role as a GP. All at the practice are helpful and friendly from the practice nurse to the receptionists . You couldn't ask for a better GP practice .
The front door isn't very obvious at all - felt like I was walking into someone's house!! Friendly enough staff and very bright and spacious inside.
