Last week my husband & I purchased a Seat Altea from 12 London road. Both the car and the service were excellent, the car itself was like new even though it was 4 yrs old and both Gordon & the lady in admin were really helpful with no hard sales tactics which was a nice change. The after sales service was all done online and they even dropped the car off to us as we were busy.My husband was so impressed he keeps checking their website to change our other car.We would not hesitate to buy from them again and hope to be back soon..

After going to quite a few used car dealers and not being successful in purchasing a car we were left feeling wary, nervous and deflated. We then come across Twelve London Road so pleased we did! After seeing a car we liked on their website, Graham kindly sent a link to us showing pictures and a video of the inside and outside of the car which was very useful as we really got a good look at the car before we made the journey. On arrival we were met by Becky and David, both of whom were very friendly and down to earth, I was a little confused if Im honest as to if they were the sales people or, when it got to that point, if the pushy and aggressive sales person would be brought in thankfully not the case! We were given the keys and left to look around the vehicle at our leisure and even drive it on our own, such a different experience and we were able to relax in the vehicle and talk freely about it. The negotiation was easy, we were able to be honest with our expectation for our trade in and they were up front on what that could do for us. A deal which pleased both sides was easily made and we were delighted! I cannot recommend this dealer enough, stunning cars all in excellent condition and a great sales team. A really refreshing experience and we certainly will be back. Thank you Becky and David for your time, the tea and for making what can be a nervous and stressful experience into a happy and enjoyable one.
Buying a car can be a daunting experience, forking out a lot of hard earned cash and essentially you just want a good quality, reliable car. I can't recommend this place enough.. all the cars were in beautiful condition and well looked after. It's very apparent that they won't buy just anything, they'll only offer top quality. After months of searching for a particular car I decided I'd do the long journey out to this place, based on the good reviews I'd read online. I've just bought the car and I am so pleased with my purchase. The whole experience was effortless. We were left to look around at our on pace, not pestered in the slightest, we took the car for a good test drive and not once did I feel pressured in to buying it. I would send my Nanna here to buy a car, I know she'd be in good hands. I completely recommend this place, it was actually a pleasure meeting them. Really decent people. I won't hesitate in returning in the future & fromNow on these guys are my 'go to' car people. Fantastic experience and a brilliant car.
