I reserved a used car which was at seat in Woking. When I arrived the next day and requested to see the car and have a test drive, I was told someone from the Aldershot seat was going to be dealing with me and my reservation. To me this didnt make sense as the car was based in Woking. As soon as Glenn at Woking became aware the Aldershot branch would be dealing with me he was not interested in letting me test drive the car and merely let me look round the car. I was told I created a problem by "rocking up" without an appointment and I caused a problem to them by reserving the car and not going ahead to buy it, even though I didnt get to take it on a test drive? He became increasingly frustrated and spoke to me in a way I wouldnt expect someone to speak to a customer. The only saving grace was the younger member of staff who was polite and trying to be helpful despite his colleague, also the staff at Aldershot were really nice and helpful
