Not the best, had a squeaky wheel they told me I'm hearing things. It's still squeaky

Excellent service and experience here. I took the bull by the horns and decided to swap my cars steering wheel as a DIY job. 3/4 into it realised I didn't have the necessary equipment to do the job so call JB Motors as my local garage to see if they could lend be a piece to finish the job with. They were more than helpful and have since had both mine and my girlfriends motors in for maintenance, mot and service work. We have only just moved to the area and J B Motors will now get all our business. The S5 was in recently for an expansion tank, quick honest service at a very reasonable price ( I even priced it up in the North East where I have trade links). I thought there was still an issue as coolant had gone down, but believerthis was due to it running through the system. They told me they'd fix it no problem if they'd mis-diagnosed. Very honest. Very honest family run business.
A good change in the landscape of the car dealers and mechanics. I've had a very good buying experience but most of all, also an after-sale service that is hard to find nowadays. Wish I would live closer to them and be able to use them more.
