Just received my car back today after repairs from a non fault accident... perfect repair as far as I can tell. My car has a sparkly new butt :)I must admit that I was skeptical of the repairs when I learned my insurance company were insisting the damage was repaired instead of replacing the damaged plastic bumper and panels. The whole lot was replaced anyway as it was deemed unrepairable.From my personal experience I would use them again, however they're not really local and I used them because they are an approved bodyshop of where I bought the car.My only reservation would be because of paint repair going on at the same time as mine which looked hideous and the chap was very unhappy, rightfully so. The reason given for this was that they couldn't get a perfect colour match so just used the closest they had to hand.
