Very happy with 2 electric bikes purchased from Steve. We did some research and shopping around beforehand and spoke with Steve a couple of times on the phone before committing. He was helpful, yet not at all pushy. Despite living over 200 miles distant from TCB, I could not have received a more professional, thorough and personal service from Steve when purchasing two e bikes. As stated, customer satisfaction and service really does matter to them. I had researched the bikes beforehand and consulted local dealerships with my requirements, but was extremely disappointed with their attitude causing me to look further afield.
