Excellent service, product arrive as expected with no problems, I did have need to obtain a new bracket which I had lost, Jo was really helpful and a new bracket arrived the next day with no charge. Fantastic service. Jo Hazelton kept me informed at all stages of the buying process. The product I ordered was out of stock with the supplier but Jo was on the ball and notified me when it would be available, chasing it up on a regular basis. I would 100% used jacksgardenstore again.
We ordered a log cabin from Jacks Garden store with insulation kit and shingles, as the price was better than we had seen elsewhere. Due to our location we needed to find out about delivery as we weren't sure about lorries being able to access the area.Jo was great and went out of her way to find the info, even asking for maps to send on to make sure it would be OK. The delivery people were great keeping us updated all the time and the driver herself was polite and helpful.It was also a lovely touch to receive a letter of thanks for the order too, makes you realise that as a customer you were valued. Would recommend to anyone wanting a garden building.
Ordered a summer house and very pleased with it. Delivery quick and easy arriving when they said it would. Easy to put together, and the end result great!
