Great service which I don't believe could be bettered. Our funeral director, Caitlin, was knowledgeable, responsive, empathetic, supportive and guided us through the entire process. All WFS staff however were incredibly helpful. The event was meticulously planned and happened without issue, with all our requirements being met. Highly recommended.
From our first visit Louise made us feel comfortable giving advice when asked but never forcing her views. We were left to make those decisions ourselves, she managed a careful balance between the sadness of the why we were there, whilst also allowing a bit of humour to alleviate the situation.Nothing was ever too much trouble & Louise kept us informed at all times. She arranged everything including Mike, the Minister for us. Della always was very welcoming, when we went in.On the day Sam was very respectful & helpful taking care of everything & informing us what we were to do. Thank you all
