We are giving you guys four stars because we love your flowers and have been served by very friendly and helpful staff before. However today our experience left us feeling sour and I wish to leave a feedback as a customer who genuinely loves the place and wishes to see it improve. Today my boyfriend went by to buy some flowers, we like to get fresh flowers for the flat quite regularly so we do not feel the need to buy a grand bouquet every time, we just like a nice 5 bouquet. Usually when we go and request this we get given a lovely variety (we are usually warned 5 cant give us much but we are always happy with it). Unfortunately today we were served by a lady who was on her phone and had a phone to her head held up by her shoulder the whole time whilst serving us. When asked for our 5 bouquet she was very curt and said she cant give us anything good for 5 and proceeded to put together a tiny bouquet of yellow flowers, when asked if we could not get fill it with more of a variety she stuck in one white flower in and that was all we got. I have attached some photos for reference to show the difference to what we usually get for a 5 bouquet vs what was given today. Please note, we are still okay with the flowers nonetheless but it was the attitude that really rubbed us the wrong way and made us not want to come by again. The Covent Garden flower shop did our wedding flowers on 08.12.18 - Lu was amazing, she really did go above and beyond.The flowers looked incredible - even better than we could ever have imagined.Thank you so much for all of you help and hard work, we couldn't have asked for more.I would recommend Lu and The Covent Garden flower shop to anyone.
