I have been to a couple of other Aesthetic clinics in the past. I was very impressed with the level of integrity, professionalism and friendliness at Maycroft. The products used are of the highest quality and advice given from Sheena is tailor made to every patient. I have already booked in for further treatments. I have also had some dental treatment from Leila. I am quite anxious regarding dental work and I was completely put at ease and delighted with her gentle and manner. I couldn't even tell that she was treating me as she was so quick and the procedure was pain free. Her nurse and in fact the whole team at Maycroft are to be highly commended.
We loved our dentist Abbas, but can no longer make appointments as the clinic won't answer emails or phone calls (haven't tried the 1 a minute line). This is disappointing, as neither of us is commonly around during open hours to walk down and make one. Since we can't get an appointment, we're moving clinic. Otherwise we would have been happy to stay.
Getting an appointment is not quick and easy as you will be put on hold for quite sometime.Sadly the Practice still insist on you using the 0844 number which costs inc connection fees 1.50 for 2 minute call!! The 01483 number is not answered.Disgraceful charges that should be a free local number!Overall the dentists are ok. Very fast to rush through patients and getting a referral letter produced takes a lot of chasing and expensive phone calls.
First class, professional treatment from Reena. Certainly the best dentist I've had the pleasure (yes pleasure) to receive treatment from!
Can't recommend this dentist highly enough. I needed a fair bit of work having not been to a dentist in years. They sorted me out a treat, were really friendly and the bill wasn't as a expensive as I'd feared it might be. Very happy, will be going back more regularly
