Really impressed with Derrick Laing and Jon Herbert in the Taxi Licensing Department. They have always been very professional and easy to work with. I have found them to be very helpful and accommodating. Any advice in relation to the work is always delivered quickly and is informative. I find they are hard working and very good at their role and hope they continue in this way in the years to come. The council should be proud to have good employees such as them.

Basically thieves. Charge a fortune in council tax. Dont collect the bins. Take 3 months to respond to my complaint and then just say tough luck. They should be ashamed of themselves.
the most appalling service ever. My green bin has been out on the street for 6 weeks and still no one collects it. Amey is a typical private corporate with government contracts who couldnt care less and dont do their job they are paid for
Quick enough to take your money but when you need their help expect a refund you never get a response. Terrible.
