Shocking experience, bought my fiance a gift voucher for Christmas and went to use it today and was told the voucher hadn't come from them. I informed them that it had come from them and was then called a liar. The staff were disgustingly rude.. i asked them to call the manager and they told me they were on holiday. So I told them to call the police and then they magically got the manager on the phone, who then said the voucher was Valid and that we could use it. My fiance would rather have her eyes glued shut and her eyebrows shaved off than set foot in your shop again. The security staff were just as useless and asked for my details for him to put on his personal phone, I declined the offer as I am in a happy relationship.
